How We Party – House Rules

  • Bottomless rum punch? Yes please!
    Enjoy bottomless rum punch from 1PM–2PM (or as advertised) and your tasty Caribbean food is served 1PM–3PM – all included with your brunch ticket, rum punch refill option available once you've enjoyed at least 2/3 glass. These offers are only valid during the set times, so come early and soak it all in. (Timings may vary depending on the event – check your ticket for details).
     

  • Don’t be late to the plate.
    Food and drink are served at set times. If you arrive late or miss your seating, we can’t guarantee service – our chefs are on a tight schedule and can’t hold back dishes once things are rolling.
     

  • Ticket gets you in – but timing is key.
    Entry with your brunch ticket is valid before 3PM only, party ticket is valid from 3pm – last entry is 4PM. After that, doors are closed, and the vibes are in full swing.
     

  • Early arrival = less time in the queue, more time catching a vibe.
    Trust us – the party starts early, and you’ll want to be there for every beat.
     

  • Line-up, food, venue or schedule may switch up.
    We’re all about the vibes, but sometimes things change – entertainment, menus, venue, and timings are subject to adjustment. We’ll always aim to give you a heads-up.
     

  • Sharing is caring.
    Depending on your group size, your area (General Sale, The Stables, Balcony, or Semi-Private spaces) may be shared with other party people. Good vibes only!
     

  • Dress fresh, come proper.
    Whether you’re coming glam or casual cool – just bring your best self. Trainers are allowed, just keep it stylish - strictly no hoodies.
     

  • Bring ID & your ticket (digital or print).
    We’ll need to check your name off the guest list at the door. No ID, no entry – it’s just how it goes. This is a strictly 18+ event.
     

  • Respect the venue, the people, and the rules.
    Our door team keeps it all running smoothly – follow age rules, avoid coming overly waved, dress right, and keep it respectful. Anyone not meeting the vibe might be turned away at the door – and that call is final.
     

  • No refunds if you’re refused entry for not following entry rules.
    Refunds are only issued if we cancel the event. Please plan accordingly.
     

  • Need to change your date? No worries (with notice).
    Let us know at least 2 weeks in advance and we’ll do our best to move you to another date (subject to availability). Less than 2 weeks’ notice? It’s still possible (subject to availability), but a £5 per person transfer fee applies. Email us at [info@socasocials.co.uk] to arrange.
     

  • Allergies or dietary needs? Let us know in advance.
    We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t take responsibility if we’re not informed ahead of time.
     

  • Food is prepped by our amazing catering partners.
    All meals are made fresh by external chefs – so no last-minute menu changes or food orders on the day, please.
     

  • Smile, you’re on camera!
    By attending, you’re happy for us to capture the vibes on photo and video. We may use the footage to promote future events – always with love and good energy.
